Appealing WRAG Whilst on the Work Programme.

    Obviously you've just been re-assessed. But you have knowingly been in WRAG since atleast January and probably 6 months before that. You've had plenty of time to appeal already. In fact you're darned lucky that you have just been re-assessed it makes appealing now a doddle, if you hadn't been re-assessed then you could easily have found yourself on the WP with no right to appeal because you were too late.

    So should I not sign these forms then once the appeal is lodged?

    You should not sign any Work Programme provider forms that consent to sharing your data with third-parties, they are optional, you should be informed of this at the point of request.
