Advertised on my local facebook freebie page and managed to get a cot bed mattress. Started hammering bits together and recovering the mattress with an old curtain. It's looking good so far, i'll post a pic when it's done!

So far we've spent £1
Pallets - were lying out back door
Screws - £1 from local shop
Cotbed mattress - free from kind person
Wood paint - neighbour found some in the hut
Curtains - were lying in a bag in the cupboard
Cushions - bought a 4 pack with a £10 voucher we had for studio
