we have been with AOL for seven years and we have recently had problems with them, basically we have been without broadband for three weeks due to them not being able to identify a problem and their lack of communication with BT.
i currently have 2 meg and would like to increase this to maybe 4-6 meg. Also need a hige download usage or uncapped preferably!!
i have had a quick look around and its just mind numbing the amount of companies out there!
at the moment i am looking at BT option three which is the BT home hub.
has anyone had any experience of this Bt home hub and also what other providers are there that you lot could recommend?
would really appreciate some advice!!
thanks

I am with zen.co.uk, top quality service and customer service but a little more expensive and with 20 - 50 caps.
One I have been looking at for a while is http://www.ukfsn.org/home/internet/adsl/unlimited.htmlOrginal ADSL is available at a choice of 512kb/s, 1Mb or 2Mb download speeds with a fixed upload speed of 256Kb/s. There is an option to have this based upon a MAX connection in which case the download speed is fixed with the upload speed being rate adaptive up to 448kb/s* for the same price.
As for BT, I would keep thinking about it.0 -
try one of the entanet resellers (look at thinkbroadband.com) about 19.99 for 30gig peak and 300gig off peak. reliable, fast connection (I get 6Mb+), monthly contract (no tie in). UKFSN, ADSL24 and a few other resell thier service. They do other more expensive packages if you really need more than 330gig in total per month0
