Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should

i've done it for the short term benefit! I will be making overpayments as soon as my finances have settled down and i get used to paying for a house to live in, i haven't done it before!!0 -

All completed today, i collected the keys at 5.25pm just as the estate agents were closing up, everything's good and i'm ecstatic!!0
