Casual is maybe playing Angry Birds and the odd console game. You once weighed yourself on the Wii. (That white thing with dust on it)
Between is playing quite a few console games fairly often. You probably know what FPS or RPG stands for.
Hardcore is doing the previous but also reading gaming magazines/websites/forums. Your Sims have more sex than you do.
Rocks have more sex than I do.
I need to put down my Skyrim now..."Don't blink. Blink and you're dead. They are fast. Faster than you can believe. Don't turn your back. Don't look away. And don't blink. Good Luck" - The Doctor.0 -

Hardcore, baby!!I tend to play my 360 at some point every day. Even its for a couple of games of CoD or FIFA. Recently I have noticed my lack of drive to finish games I have started. I find myself playing and completing smaller games such as Far Cry: Blood Dragon and Call Of Juarez: Gunslinger.0

CasualI'm a sucker for a good platforms, and I play these the most, Hack and Slash are a good second. I only really play PC and PS3, but more on the PS3.
Some of my favourites of this generation are:
- Devil May Cry
- InFamous
- Grand Theft Auto
- Assassins Creed
- Lego Games
On the last generation I spent amazing amounts of time playing all the Tony Hawk games, along with Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, but I've owned every console since the Mega Drive.
While I do prefer those types I'll play almost anything, I try and give every game an hour and if I'm having fun I'll keep on at it. The only thing I don't like are First Person Shooters (only ones will amazing stories can make me overlook this) and Sports Games. RPGs hold a special place in my heart, but I try and avoid the super long ones (400+ hour long) as I want to try all the different new games available.Humphrey10 wrote: »I voted for somewhere in between - I play lots of different types of games. It depends what you mean by hardcore really - do you mean spending hours a day on MMOs or FPSs trying to increase your rank or whatever, or do you just mean "plays games other than Candy Crush Saga".Chickabiddybex wrote: »To me, once in a blue moon is playing minesweeper when bored in work and you've heard of Mario.
