Never! Gravy is a major food group where I'm from.
Although there's a serious lack of gravy in my meal plan this week (including yesterday) which I blame on being in the South, you know, below Chester ;-)
Monday
Breakfast - Ham and cheese croissant, energy drink
Lunch - Noodles with chicken added
Dinner - Spicy chicken breast with baked sweet potato
Tuesday
Breakfast - Cheese on toast
Lunch - Spicy chicken breast and baked sweet potato
Dinner - 'Pizza' made with reduced sandwich thins and reduced stilton, salad
Wednesday
Breakfast - Toast
Lunch - Leftover pizzas & salad
Dinner - Broad bean and [STRIKE]feta[/STRIKE] Stilton pasta. Changed as I have loads of Stilton left that I didn't expect.
Thursday
Breakfast - Toast
Lunch - Leftover pasta
Dinner - Something resembling a salad niçoise but not quite as posh
Friday
Breakfast - Cheese on toast
Lunch - Stir fried noodles with chicken & veg
Dinner - Something reduced likely
Saturday - Travelling so will pack myself some snacks and will have late lunch/tea out. This may be my chips and gravy fix...
Sunday
Brunch - Proper Welsh breakkie
Dinner - Likely to be a 'whatever meat is in the freezer' curry
It's a bit samey with me using stuff up and nowhere near as tasty sounding as some of the meal plans but hopefully once I move home, I can start cooking properly again."We always find something, hey Didi, to give us the impression we exist?" Samuel Beckett, Waiting for Godot.

That's the most common sense I've heard all day!
Bit later to the party this week but need to be more disciplined, was away last week so am using up bits from the freezer with minimal spendage topping up with fresh until next week at least.
M- Ginger chilli salmon with rice & sweetcorn
T- Home made cheeseburgers on muffins
W- Nasi Goreng rice bake & naan bread
T- thai chicken curry
F- Butter pie
S- out most of day so probably frozen pizza
S- Steak, chips & trimmings
Breakfasts are cereal and maybe scrambled egg on toast and grapefruit at weekend, lunches pick from ham/chicken rolls, leftover pork pie or cous cous salad0
