Tuesday - Quorn fillet with veg of some sort
    Wednesday - seafood jambalaya
Thursday - scampi, chips and beans or salad

[STRIKE][/STRIKE]In no particular order, this is next week's meal plan. Finding it hard to stick to a routine; as my eldest DD has come back to live with me and doesn't start back at school properly until Sept. So things have gone slightly to pot, but i am trying to use up what's already in.

    Freezer

    Oriental [STRIKE]fish[/STRIKE] and chinese veg
... with t[STRIKE]artare sauce in buns, actifry chips and garden peas[/STRIKE].
    [STRIKE]Quorn[/STRIKE] Lasagne
    HM Brocolli and Cauliflower cheese
HM Moroccan spiced burgers/Carrot and Kidney bean burgers and actifry chips
[STRIKE]Meat free Lincolnshire sausages[/STRIKE], leek and mushrooms/[STRIKE]Sweet chilli sausages[/STRIKE] with chilli egg noodles and veg
... with sweet potato mash and roasted veg
Leek and butterbean medley (if leek not been used with sausage)
[STRIKE]Orzo, mushroom and asparagus risotto[/STRIKE] (if not having the above)

Had Quorn meatballs with ariabatta and pasta tonight (Saturday)

Slight change of plan, in L1dl yesterday I found a packet of frozen cuttlefish and couldn't resist buying it! So Thursday will be a cuttlefish curry . . . . . can't say I've ever eaten it before but being such a close relation to octopus/squid I'm sure it'll be just up my street! And something I can share with the cat as well ;) (not the curried version, obviously, she can have some plain!)
