3/Three quidco only tracked back at £28?

Never used quidco before so thought i'd give it a go tonight seeing as they were offering £82.50 back when you take out a three mobile phone contract.

Went for the Direct Talk 1000, have checked quidco which has just updated, and it's only at £28?

Where is the rest of the money? :S

I posted earlier that my 3 £20 talker only tracked at £28, disappointed really as I was expecting at least £55

That's not good enough, it's not worth having as a deal unless it's the proper amount advertised.

I've tried taking it up with quidco so we'll see if i get a reply, unfortunately if it is sent off at the end of the month to be batch processed, then I'll have gone over my 14 days cooling-off period!

I bought exactly the same plan (VT1000) last week via Quidco and it tracked £82.50. I better check that it hasn't been altered ! Have you tried emailing Quidco as it still does say £82.50 on their site. Good luck !

i've taken a screenshot and i've used their online system, there wasn't a 'transaction' per se so i've put in a quantity of '1' next to the one it should be, which showed the difference (£54.50) so hopefuly it'll get resolved, if not this isn't any better than what i'm currently paying, and i'm basically paying for the privildge of a 2 year old phone (N70)!

I've submitted an enquiry but what good that will do who knows?
It says not to contact Quidco about it again until 90 days have passed.
Speedy or what?????

ideally we need someone else to confirm it, i'm not sure if your tarriff is one of the lower ones but we can't be sure until someone else tries it, mine was a refurb phone if that makes a difference

I had this last month when I ordered mine - quidco said £100 and it only tracked £82.50. I sent them an enquiry and they came back to me saying that 3 had changed there cashback prior to letting quidco know and there was nothing that can be done.

Just wondering if anyone else has ordered since? Mine's still reporting 28 quid
