I'm up for an upgrade soon and I'm looking at a Blackberry :) I'm currently on Vodaphone - 125 minutes and unlimited texts for £25/pm. Now, does anyone own a Blackberry on here? Are they easy to use? Good? I'm a student :)
Thanks,
sf x

I dont think you will ge the full benefits from a Blackberry as a student, as they really come into their own in a work environment as you can sync up your work email and outlook and receive your email while out of the office. Although you can use one to receive personal email but I dont see the point really. I use one for work and have a nokia for personal use. I wouldnt want one just for personal use..

Have to agree with LorenzoUK, Blackberry's just aren't for students! O2 tired to flog me one and justify it is suitable for students but I couldnt see the point atall. A smartphone would be more suitable, cheaper n probably better looking!

If you want to be able to retrieve your emails then you would be better off getting a contract on t-mobile or 3 with inclusive data. Not too sure if they have unlimited txt packages though.

My job is in the messaging arena and we use/support Blackberry's - definitely a bonus for work related - can see messages away from the desk.....but as a student / home use I doubt you would benefit that much....
What should I put in here that won't upset people.........
