They are microwave detectors, but the last line is not always true- you can have the ideal speed for certain junctions. It's 30kph for the motorway interchange near me

I think the OP deserves praise for his attitude in wanting advice. How many times do we read of severe accidents involving drunken or drugged foreign drivers? The OP broke the law, he should by your logic, go and report himself. That would be the correct attitude.
