My Vodafone Query
I would like to register with the My Vodafone service so that I can check my usage online,the query I have is do you still receive your paper phone bill or do you have to sign up for online billing.The reason is I need original paper paper bills for cashback claim.

Working for Vodafone, I can tell you the business rules for this it's either 1 or the other I'm afraid.
When you sign up for 'My Vodafone', it will not allow you to check your usage unless you sign up for online billing as they are both part of the same service. You will be able to make account changes online though without having to activate the billing.
If you want to keep an eye on your usage, you can always diall 44555 free of charge from your handset0 -
