02 broadband Quidco cash back issue

I have purcahsed O2 broadband via the quidco website. When clicking on the 02 lbroadband cash back link pop up screen with 02 customer services telephone number. Before purchasing the broadband over the phone I confirmed that I was still entitled to the £100 cash back via quidco. The advirsor informed me that I was and asked for my email address linked to my quidco account.
Quidco advised me it would take 90 days for the funds to reach me. My broadband was purcahsed on 13th May 2013 and as yet I have not received my cash back. Quidco have now advised me that I am not entitled to it as the £100 cash back as it was made over the phone.
Can someone please assist as I feel that I am not the only one with this issue.

Very poor advice from the O2 agent then (although they're not trained to know anything about cashbacks). But why didn't you just sign up online? Quidco cashbacks require the transaction to be caried out online in their entirety. No exceptions.No free lunch, and no free laptop

I have exactly the same issue. I have used Quidco for several years now and understand how the normal process works. However with this £100 cash back offer Quidco specifically advised to phone a specific O2 number and asked you to quote your quidco user name to the O2 advisor. The O2 advisor who place the order was familiar with the Quidco deal and noted the Quidco user name. I contacted Quidco about this about 30 days after the line had been activated and they told me O2 cashback can take 60 days, now 4 months later still no cash back.0

To follow up on my note above, I have found on the O2 forum that you need to contact Quidco and provide the order number (which is quoted in the email you got from O2 confirming the order). I have just raised a claim with Quidco and will let you know how it goes.0
