All of you are pathetic just like my ex tenant
I think this thread is best abandoned now. OP has made their utter contempt for those trying to help and advise them clear, so rather than offer any more advice (or troll-fodder) best we all leave OP to their own devices ... they seem to know best after all, as nothing we have all said makes any difference to their single-minded views that they are 100% justified in their actions.
Just waiting for them to resurrect their duplicate thread over on LLz, but I think members over there have got to the end of their tether aswell, as no-one replied since OP's last revelation about changing locks.

In agreement you are likely to be a troll but if not and on the basis of that comment, I really do hope your tenant see's a brief and you are arrested for illegal eviction, taken to court and made to pay 10,000s dependant on the current tenants position and a charge put against your house for it.
Oh and dont be coming back asking for advice then0
