Can I give 30 day notice to end 12 month contract at month 11 & not be charged extra?

    However, under contract you must give 30 days notice o termination. At -15 you could request a PAC, confirming you will use it within 15 days, you are NOT re-starting any notice period (as you have no need to) but they may try to argue otherwise. At -2 YOU have to ensure the PAC is auctioned by the NEW network, if they don't, you may lose the number.
