T-Mobile Pay As You Go - Free Internet

Hi,
Has anyone used the free 12 month internet offer recently? I used it a few years ago when it was advertised. Now I am thinking of going back to T-Mobile I can't see anything on the offer.
I have seen sim cards on eBay but I am not sure if they are like the old offer because they are in a sim batch range or they are just the same as the ones you can order off the T-Mobile website.
I have searched sites like Hotukdeals but they seemed to have expired last year.

That is a good price. The price seems to have gone up now.
I guess there are now only a few sims that have the free web and that has pushed up prices up.
I'll probably will probably buy £20 credit to get the 6 month bundle.
Just thought I would see if it is still possible to get free web but just been going round in circles for hours with old threads.0
