    Dear Lee,
    I recently checked my credit report as I am about to apply for a mortgage. I was shocked to discover that there is a default showing in a past account with Vodafone, dating to 2009. This occurred when I transferred to O2, and requested a PAC code, which was then not activated. I would like your immediate assistance in resolving this. Thank you.
