    Well this gets better.

I've put on a notice of correction regarding the electoral role information at my current address. So equifax decide to put a note on my OLD address saying that I am disputing the information held about it.

My bank details are also showing under my old address and I asked them to amend the records to my new address. That was a couple of weeks ago and they have got back to me to say that the bank requires proof of my new address, even though they have actually had my new address in file since I moved in (they have posted statements to me at new address as well).

I'm adding all this to the ICO complaint, but in the meantime i think I'm just going to put on a general notice of correction asking would be creditors to ignore my file due to equifax's incompetence.
COPD sufferers need nebulisers to help with breathing at home and free up hodpital beds. There is just one nebuliser available on the NHS for every 300 sufferers. A nebuliser costs just £60. Please consider donating to COPD nurses.
