New EE Sim unable to activate cellular data

Hi all,

In need of some help please, had an iphone 4s contract with Vodafone. It ended they unlocked my phone remotely and I got a new sim.

I’m unable to access internet on tmobile and they are saying it’s my phone not their sim or network, however other sim cards are working in the phone. Does anyone know how to fix this, or shall I just give me notice to EE? Their support has been awful.

Hope you can help me, no internet on mobile is a killer!!! Cheers,

    I've never had to set the APN manually with an EE sim, in fact, from memory it isn't normally possible as the settings are hidden.

    See if you go into Settings - General - Network - Mobile Data Network, what setting is shown under APN?

    You might need to restore the phone with the EE sim in to reset, depending on the above.
