Unsolicited Premium Rate SMS
Three companies had sent unsolicited premium rate sms messages to my 77 year old mother's phone under my account. As my mum does not speak English this phone was used only to communicate with immediate family. The number has not been entered on any website or given to anyone outside the family. No sms message whatsoever, personal or other has never been sent from this number.
I contacted all the 3 companies and two of them reimbursed what they charged through the T-Mobile bills. The other, (CORE INTERNATIONAL s.r.o, Pocenice 203, Pocenice-Tetetice, 76833, Czech Republic. <txtsupport@dictionary9.com> and <sales@corehr.com> functioning in the UK through ‘txtNation’ <aeus@txtnation.com> Tel : 08701994741) insists that their software was downloaded despite my providing proof to the opposite through T-Mobile bills.
I have made a transcript of all the emails that were sent to and fro for the past 6 months.
Just Wondering whether anyone else had a similar experience and how to go about claiming a refund. I can publish all the emails if that will be helpful.
Thanks in advance for any assistance and suggestions.

"If you have a complaint about a premium rate service you should complain to:
the company that runs the service or PhonepayPlus (if you’re unable to contact the company or they fail to resolve your complaint)"
