I'd recommend talking to a broker about this.
Comparison sites are hopeless at anything that isn't 'standard'. Bringing NCB from the EU will mean nothing to them.

not sure if they still do, but Norwich Union would accept EU proof of no claims, indeed back in the 90's when I returned from working in Belgium, they were the only company that did (that I could find at the time)
I didn't even need an English translation of my NCB letter.0
