the computer is official blown/dead. thanks for the information you've all given.
one more question please!
I've been looking at this pc :http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/products/index.html?rb=0&product_uid=123119&action=c2hvd19wcm9kdWN0X3Jldmlld3M=&filter_display=reviews&filter_order=rating_desc&filter_category=&filter_string=&offset=20
and the reviews are great, but my bf has asked if it's a graphics card or chip. and i'm thinking chip as a couple of reviews have said that it uses 252mb (or something like that) of the hard drive.
is it better to have a card than chip. and does anone have any suggestions for a budget oc (around £300) that might be ok?

The spec states that it has an nVidia GeForce6100 with nForce 405 graphics, so find out more about that. A bit more info here. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -
