Keep the utility and open up the kitchen into the dining room is my first thought.

Got a scaled floor plan we could have a boo at?

    Cheers

Will have a go at doing the floor plan, should still have # copy of the schedule somewhere. My absolute ideal would be to close up the double doors from lounge to dining room, and take down the wall between the kitchen and dining room. It'd be a slightly funny shape though, but would be massive and lovely!
If it makes a difference........ we live in a bungalow and when we bought it, the estate agent said we were the only people who weren't 60+ who looked at it!

hmm, have found the schedule with the floorplan, and have copied the relevant bit, but it won't paste in? Any suggestions how I do it?
The 'insert image' button is taking me to a tiny screen that says 'page doesn't exist'. Is there another way of doing it?!
    Thanks :o

    Keep them separate.

Again, what do you voice your twice spoken views on?

They may be valid, or, like almost everyone of your other posts, totally banal.

I'm listening, not insulting you, as I said, I am interested
I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)

Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed
