If Portman have admitted they have breached there own T&Cs.
You should be asking them if they are going to reinstate the grand missing or if they are going to persue your ex for it not anything you should get involved in its between them and her.

Remember the money is for your boy
They broke the contract with you and him
Also baby boomer has a point about £200 windfall
