    You're having a laugh right?

These "people" must either be brain dead, spinning you a yarn, or really dislike you for some reason.

Think of all the things you've disliked about other banks over the years, mix them all together, multiply them by 10, and you've got Santander.

    Stay away.

I'm neither brain dead, spinning a yarn or have a dislike for the original poster - what I am is a customer of Santander for just over a year. I've found them no worse than any other bank - I've had no problems since opening the account and every month reap the benefits of cash-back and up to 3% interest.

I am more than happy with the account and the service I receive from Santander and would happily recommend the account 100%.

You may not like Santander yourself, but you have no reason to call those that do like their Santander accounts "brain dead", nor do you have any proof they are spinning a yarn, or "really dislike you for some reason".

I personally have had Santander cash ISAs for several years - never had a problem with it, they always paid market-topping rates. According to the Telegraph, there are about 600,000 people with one specific Santander cash ISA. Don't you think we would have seen a lot of complaints by now if this ISA was no good? If I have missed all those complaints about their major cash ISA, would you mind posting appropriate links?

I have also been a 123 current account holder for over 2 years, and have benefitted from the cashback and interest on this account. I do not have any figures on how many people have 123 current accounts but I have yet to see any negative feedback. Again, would you mind posting links to where people complained about the 123 current account?

I, and by the looks of it, some other MSE posters, really look forward to you substantiating your quite severe accusations. In the meantime, I have reported your post as abusive.
