Any Qwerty Dual Sim 3g phones out there?

Hi All.
As the subject line suggests, I wanted to know if there is a phone available with a physical Qwerty keyboard that is not in sliding form, with dual sim capability and has 3g.
It doesn't matter if the phone isn't recent.
I read a review which says:-
"Also an incoming call from say line 2 when line 1 is active actually means it's a forwarded call from the other line & you may get airtime charges on both lines."
Is that what really happens or would there be an option to turn off this 'forwarding'. A dual sim phone will be no use to me if I am charged for incoming calls!!
I don't really like Nokia or Motorolla. There are quite a few Samsung Chat phones but they seem to be 2g only.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Thanks for the replies Cisco001/grumbler.
If you mean the B5510, I don't think it is dual sim. Yes I definitely need the Qwerty.
Thanks for the link. I will have a browse of it.
I found information on wiki which states:-
"These Android phones have a menu option “Dual SIM Always on” which when activated activates call forwarding on the carrier’s network. This can be done manually on any phone, regardless of manufacturer, e.g. enable call forwarding to SIM 1 when SIM 2 is disconnected. Call Forwarding must be provided by the carrier, often for a fee, subscriber will also be charged for call forwarding on a minute by minute basis, this depends on the subscription agreement."
So I am hoping that there is an option to turn off the forwarding.

Sorry, I meant B5512. Just seen Galaxy Y Pro, didn't notice they have two version.0 -
Most of the generic chinese mobiles are dual sim so you might try looking on the usual sites for those. I'm not sure if they are doing Blackberry or Nokia knock-offs with physical keyboards any more though, probably all Samsung and iPhone these days.0

prepaymania.co.uk seem have a suitable phone for 30 quid, but not a brand I've heard of before assume it their own brand.0

That's ok Cisco001. These model numbers always confuse me as well!
Thanks Orrin.
bubieyehyeh, thanks for the suggestion. I don't think it's 3g though.
