Enterprise - it will look 'good' I'm sure in isolation. but you're potentially taking a 1080x1920i image from the broadcaster (16:9 widescreen), and making it smaller, AND changing it's shape, to 1024x768 - this is a 4:3 ratio, but the pixels will be rectangular.
Compare this to: 1080x1920i, deinterlaced, displayed on 1080x1920p screen.
I don't want to bash your particular set, they're very cheap and get a massive, and great quality (in MANY ways) screen, but in that very important way, resolution/definition, it looses badly against a screen that can show the picture pixel for pixel.
In isolation it'll look great, but up against a properly set up full HD TV, you'll notice a massive loss in sharpness and detail.

Forget the 3D unless you have Sky. The BBC trial of 3D concludes shortly and the smart money is they will not continue with it at least in the short term.

Also the 40" is an HD set whereas the 43" is only ready. The 40" offer HD though its internal tuner. The Samsung LED's are probably market leaders, ask Sony who have seen there leading position disappear. So all in all the 40" looks to be the best bet.

It is personal choice, but mine would be the 40".

    Enjoy whatever you chose.
