Received a mortgage offer...for the wrong house. Impact on application?

As documented in a couple of other threads on here, we recently had to pull out of buying a house because the valuation came in way under our offer and the seller refused to negotiate.
So we told Nationwide and they said, if we found a new property to buy within 90 days of our mortgage application being submitted, we could proceed with the same product/rate/application.
Luckily we did. We passed on all the details to our mortgage advisor and got a new valuation booked.
The following day we received a text from Nationwide saying our mortgage offer had been issued, which was weird as we'd not been given the date for the second valuation!
Anyway, phoned Nationwide and they confirmed the offer was issued for the first property we tried to buy, despite telling them we weren't persuing it anymore.
They've put it in writing that the offer was sent out in error, and our advisor said she doesn't think it'll make any difference to our chances of getting an offer agreed on our new property, but I'm feeling absolutely wrung out by the whole thing.
Aside from getting it in writing that the mistake was Nationwide's, do you think there is anything else we should have done/should do now?

No.
Just wait for an offer on the new house.
Don't see the issue: they made an error, they've been corrected, it should now proceed.0 -
I don't understand why it was necessary to get this error confirmed in writing.
Once the correct property details have been added to the case and the valuation back, it should be a simple matter to issue a corrected offer.I am a mortgage broker.
