    Have you actually read that? The FCA are saying charges should be clearer - not that they shouldn't exist. It therefore seems that they disagree with you.

    Yep, they are also saying that they should reflect actual costs.

    On a policy where for £46 they collected & processed the name, address, vehicle & driver details, issued documents, took payment and will do the renewal paperwork (to say nothing of actually providing 12 months insurance cover). it's hard to see how changing an address can cost £30

    If rudekid is correct when he said....
