Yep, they are also saying that they should reflect actual costs.
On a policy where for £46 they collected & processed the name, address, vehicle & driver details, issued documents, took payment and will do the renewal paperwork (to say nothing of actually providing 12 months insurance cover). it's hard to see how changing an address can cost £30
If rudekid is correct when he said.........Bennets are not an Insurer, they are a Broker and from the original premium of £46 will have earned approx. £3.50 for writing the business.......
then a £30 change of address charge is even more suspect.0 -
