getting the "w" to display on the Panasonic x400

HY, I am trying to put in the unlocking code for my panasonic x400,
but for some strange reason ,I can not get the "w" to display on the screen.

It does work when I am writing messages.

when I try to put in the code

I get as far as #p

don't know Panasonic; on Nokia it is press * 4 times

probably similar, try the manual

the code generator is only for nokias. i dont know of any free codes for x400
