orange contract with phones 4 u

Good evening all.

Need a little bit of help. My wife took out 2 contracts in April with phones 4u. Hers was an iPhone 5 which came with £100, or should I say hasn't come with £100. We contacted phones 4 U who said they would sort it within 5-6 working days which we worked out to be Thursday last week, we gave them the benifit of the doubt and checked today, still nothing. We spoke to them again and they said it had not been authorised until the 5th, meaning it should of gone in today. If it doesn't clear today they are asking for a 1 month bank statement for July, she has only just had the one for June and Lloyds have said we will need to pay to get one for July. If it is not in the bank do I have any rights and if so what are they.
