OK so this is annoying - we lost!

Are you certain you didn't scrap point 3, 4 and 5 when you meant to only delete point 4?

Not being funny but this makes no sense.

Did you STAPLE the appeal together if it covered more than one page? (Hope you didn't just use a paper clip or just folded the pages in a dog-ear fold at the top and popped them in an envelope?).

Did you put the POPLA code as a header on every page in case page 2 was separated when they opened your envelope with the dozens of others every day?

All basic stuff for office procedure when sending a letter- especially to a large office where they have paper everywhere - are you sure you did all that? Was the appeal on one page of A4 so you are certain they must have seen it all? If yes then complain to POPLA. If not then sorry but you lost because they only saw points 1 and 2 (which on its own, wasn't our forum advised appeal).

It says how Parking Eye proved those points and therefore the appeal has been refused.

How did PE show the contract then? Witness statement?

Which POPLA assessor and when?
