my last post went! it keeps logging me out, damn thing. yes, done that, it's gone. was it something I did? ran spybot and avg earlier on safemode. btw, should I run avg manually - it pops up each day on its own anyway?

I've just run the AVG antispy and a list of threats came up, including Drivecleaner. It let me eliminate all the threats, but on Drivecleaner the message said 'ignore once', does that mean if I run it again it will be removed?

Also, when I update Spybot I'm asked to choose which updates I want - I havent a clue, should I ask for the lot?
