Cinema Carpark Fine

I have not missed the funamental point, the car should have been in a parking space not just dump because "that will do and films starting.2
Lets hope next time you park in a car park someone boxes you in, because any "FINE" they give "has no standing in statute law"
there is aready lots of bad drivers in the uk you now say they can park how they want, what a great world we live in
You will learn when an elderly friend or relative gets a Parking Eye fake PCN for daring to be a bit slower than most when shopping. That is why we are here.
We don't condone bad parking - not that the OP's parking seems that bad if he was on the end of the row of bays. I am sure the cinema would rather have had his business than for him to drive elsewhere...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

They also cannot box you in as that's illegal. The point is that this person has yes made mistake, but it doesn't give a company the right to penalise someone because of it.
You mention about bad drivers, yep plenty of them about, but there are plenty of scammers out there ready to rip you off, we advise against being ripped off! On private land contract law applies, they can only claim for losses, what loss did this person cause to the landowner ? Not the parking company but the company who own the land. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Who died and made you Queen? You're full of opinions for someone who doesn't even drive. Still, to quote the great Harry Callahan, "opinions are like @ssholes, everyone's got one".Je suis Charlie.0

This person didn't dump their car as you claim, they parked at the end of parking bays which was hatched lines, the space obviously doesn't cause an obstruction.
Also you need to realise that parking companies will try and penalise you for any reason they see fit, wheel touching line £100! Spend 5 minutes over the arbitrary time, that will be £100!
Have a disabled badge facing the wrong way, that will £100 even though it doesn't apply on private land.
How about the double dip scam ? Visit a car park twice in a day, and they go on first in and last out, you just spent 8 hours in the car park, that will be £100
Shall I continue? When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

Big assumption I never said I did not drive, for your information I have been driving for over 30 years and yes I can put a car in a Parking Bay.
Your own words. Or were you lying here to get out of the corner you painted yourself into?

Or perhaps your arithmetic is as terrible as your spelling and grammar and, having started driving since 2011, you make that 30 years? And by the way the point of a forum is to give your opinions on items and to not to instult people when you do not like what they say
Looking back over your posting history it seems that "instults" are your default mode of discourse.Je suis Charlie.0 -

Thank you for taking the time out to read all my post out of contents. The Post you refer to relates to motoring and road traffic offenceswhich I do not have any and the fact you do not have to have alicence to received one. But you already know this because you read allthe 109 post before my post on that thread.
"insults" are your default mode of discourse I would like to pointout I have not insulted any one in any of my post but if people get upset whenI say if you break the law you should be prosecuted, I would put any pet down if it bites a child and do not play with electrics if you are not an electrician, its only my opinion.
But there is one thing I really hate that is someone who believes they are better than everyone
Everyone on this Forum is allowed an opinion, if you do not like that opinion that isfair enough, but to bully someone on the internet stating they have a poor education with bad arithmetic and terrible spelling & grammar is wrong and you should be ashamed of yourself. You have made a threadabout Parking and Fines into an attack on one person, that is so wrong and should not be allowed.
As to quote you again
"If you look at the very top of the page you'll see you are on a website called "moneysavingexpert.com". Have you wandered into the wrong place by accident?" there is no room here for a Bully
Well you have made your point a number of times, why not let the more helpful people on here get on with advising the OP who must be wondering what on earth is going on here!0 -

Yeah, me too. I especially hate arrogant know-it-alls who hijack someone else's thread to attack that person and pontificate over stuff about which they are truly ignorant.
Incidentally, which part of "You have assume I have any but I don't you have to Drive a car to get them and I don't" could possibly be misconstrued as anything but a denial that you drive, despite the creative lack of punctuation? Seems that, for you, the truth is a malleable concept. Perhaps you should give up changing fuses for a living and set up a private parking company, you'd be perfect for it.Je suis Charlie.0
