You might need to follow a few links to get to the actual POPLA appeals. You can cut-and-paste from those, but you do need to be sure that (i) you understand each point you intend to use and that (ii) each point you intend to use is relevant to your case.

There is no point in talking about what you actually did, the points that work best are those that challenge the entire legal basis of the charge, especially those concerning the company's lack of authority to contract/issue charges, and their failure to account for their losses.

You could do just in case they change it! Do look at lots of examples of POPLA appeals and then draft yours. The Fistral Beach thread has a nice long POPLA appeal on it recently written, and is on page one or two here.

I suggest the next time you go to the cinema you park your car correctly in a parking space and not dump it as you see fit, It will save you a lot if hassel in the long run

Idiotic and unhelpful, don't come running here when a PPC sends you a fake PCN for driving on the cracks in the pavement or whatever.

I am being helpful if you park a car properly there would not have been a fine in the first place and therefore saving time and money.

cdl clearly knew how the car was not in a parking space when it was left then is surprise when a fine is issued.

Or I have I missed something or is this forum about dumping a car where you want without any thought for others because any fine issue by the Car Park is unjust and you do not have to pay it.

Yes you have missed a fundamental part of this, a private parking company cannot 'fine' you! They also cannot punish you for not parking in a parking bay that has no standing in statute law.

Well the simple fact is he doesn't have to pay it and has been so advised. If you look at the very top of the page you'll see you are on a website called "moneySAVINGexpert.com". Have you wandered into the wrong place by accident?
