Why wont sky let me downgrade my broadband to the base pack within the 12month period?::mad:
They are happy for me to upgrade to the max package.

Its in the terms and conditions.
You pay a £40 connection charge for the base package, £20 for the Mid and £0 for the max.

That gum you like is coming back in style.
