If ebay won't remove it (although they should imo), you can always leave a follow up comment

Particularly useful if the buyer has a habit of leaving negative f/b or worse still, makes their feedback private.0 -
They dont have a habit of leaving bad feedback so perhaps its a competitor. I found a link online where you report the feedback and they review it in 24 hours. I also reported the buyer for all the good it will do0

Update:
Ebay removed the comment, but the negative remains and in its place it reads "comment rempved by ebay"
Is there any way to completely get rid pf the negative?0 -

As stated above, phoning them in the first place probably would have yielded a better result.
You could still try phoning again now.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I don't know whether you can get it removed...otherwise everyone would have their negative comments removed. Unless there is a way around it - prove the buyer was being malicious or something? Any decent person would have sent you a message and asked for a refund. I'd defo speak to Ebay though, worth trying the live chat if you can't get hold of them. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Negative. Ebay have removed the offending feedback and left a note so that the person who left it knows it was removed (as opposed to say a computer glitch)
Also others can see that the person who left it had it removed by ebay, so it reflects badly on that user if anyone cares to check up.0 -
Ridiculous, definitely get in contact with ebay0
