"cheap copy not real *anker"
No prior contact, no case open and no bad dsrs left.
Whats the besy way to tackle this? Btw what I sold was not a cheap copy so no idea why they think that.

If it does have that last word in full, you can ask for it to be removed as it's profane or vulgar language. And you find it offensive.0

I'd even try getting it removed if it has an asterix as ebay are quite moral and it is still obvious what it is.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. DSR don't update at the same time as the feedback - I guess it's so that they remain anonymous0

That`s a bit hit and miss tbh. I would rather speak to Dublin too rather than Manilla. I managed on 0800 358 3229 but dont know whether that would work every time.0
