negative feedback

Logged in to ebay to find a negative

"cheap copy not real *anker"

No prior contact, no case open and no bad dsrs left.

Whats the besy way to tackle this? Btw what I sold was not a cheap copy so no idea why they think that.

If it does have that last word in full, you can ask for it to be removed as it's profane or vulgar language. And you find it offensive.

I'd even try getting it removed if it has an asterix as ebay are quite moral and it is still obvious what it is.

DSR don't update at the same time as the feedback - I guess it's so that they remain anonymous

It actually said the full word I just didnt want to write it on here.

Damn thats dissapointing about the dsrs.

Ive reported the feedback via the report a buyer option. Will that be enough to have it removed?

No, phone them up. Report a buyer is useless.

Justkeep trying (remember to get a new PIN number each time) until you get Dublin.

That`s a bit hit and miss tbh. I would rather speak to Dublin too rather than Manilla. I managed on 0800 358 3229 but dont know whether that would work every time.
