Argh help everything seems to have disappeared its adking for my user name and password of which I have no idea I have never been asked that before

rigtht phew back on here now but not sure if I have done it correctly I clicked on the link you gave but I didn't get an option to save to desktop, not sure if I have done something wrong or not

Right click the link, you should see the option save as...

Run DDS once more and post me the new log.

Also update Malwarebytes it'll want to install a new version.
