Its really frustrating, I asked you did you get help with the popla appeal on the 23/07/13, you didn't bother replying until you come here moaning about this! If you bothered answering I would have advised you to add on your appeal other points!
Sorry if you don't help yourself we can't help you! Now the advice stands, either pay or ignore! Then go back to the service provider and make complaints about breaches of the Equality Act 2010, say that no reasonable adjustment has been made, which is illegal!

sorry I did check back and I did reply I said yes I had already appealed.in the meantime I have been ill, I have been up north and my flaming dog died to top it all.as far as I was aware I didn't have anything else to reply to? I had already sent off the appeal and to the question had I appealed to POPLA I answered yes. I appreciate you find it frustrating but tbh Im finding it quite hostile!!

Don't go back to the ticket issuer who are new generation, they will ignore you. What I mean is go back to whoever owns that car park and make complaints and explain that they are in breach of EA2010 as they have been notified of your protected characteristic under the act. If they refuse they could be taken to the small claims for this breach by you.
Wait for Coupon Mad to post on here about this, she has a better idea of this than I do, though she will say something similarWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

You need to answer the questions when you are asked rather then ignoring them and coming back and asking a fresh set.
When do people waste peoples time like that?Proud to be a member of the Anti Enforcement Hobbyist Gang.:D:T0 -

Go and ask the council if they own it, check out planning as it normally drops hints, or ask the retailers who they deal withWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
