My friend was delayed on a BA return flight from Tunis to Gatwick for over 24 hours in June. She has received €400 compensation, but has also put in a claim for loss of earnings. BA have told her she can't claim loss of earnings, but have offered her a £50 voucher. Does anyone know where she stands with this?

the airlines are not responsible for consequential losses, the €400 should help towards these or she can try and see what her travel insurance covers0
