thomas cook taking no responsibility for delayed flight

Options
We had an over 3 hour delayed flight from Bulgaria to Glasgow on 22/06/2013- Thomas Cook dismissed my complaint as a technical fault - The only way we knew about the delay was through a typed message that I received 2 hours into the delay. My nephew and I were also violated by security staff going through customs - No help from Thomas Cook reps NOTHING!! We got offered a £20 discount for missed meals - which I personally couldn't eat due to them hurting me during the search - I was throwing up in the toilet all the way home to Glasgow. I have contacted the Bulgarian consulate, Foreign Office, My EMP and a solicitor and I am citing Thomas Cook in this criminal offence. I was told they have a duty of care with their passengers, which was not evident with myself or with my nephew, who was 14 and was also searched quite indecently an without an adult present.

You seem to have a couple of different issues here
A delayed flight - go to the Thomas Cook thread and start at the FAQs
Issue with the security search, nothing to do with Thomas Cook or their reps, you need to take that up with the airport initially
the duty of care would be covered by the meal voucher, although you should also have been offered telephone calls

edit: If you look at flightstats, assuming your flight was 3453, the actual landing time is showing as 6:44am, which was 179 minutes late so no delay compensation would apply
