I use Lidl Formil Bio (powder) and I find that very good, especially on whites too. I have sensitive skin and I have had no problems using this. I find it's the highly scented detergents that really irritate my skin.0

I have recently bought Aldi's almat powder. I find it washes as well as Bold, which is what I always used to buy. I like the smell better as I felt bold was overpowering0

if your soap powder isn't dissolving in the drawer, just sprinkle it over the dry washing before switching the machine on. Works fine and no gooey mess in the dispenser drawer to deal with!0

Used Lidl's Formil for years and was happy with it, but changed to Ecover bought on offer to be greener. IMO Formil works better than Persil. Am happy with Ecover tho.0

I also started to use Lidl's Formil liquid and found it just as good as Persil.0
