Do not confuse debt collectors with bailiffs.

Debt collectors have no more powers than you or I.

You will get a response on pepipoo if someone sees your thread. If it's dropped from page one then ask again in a reply, to bring it back to the top. It's quieter than usual in the School holidays as people are away.

Obviously you ignore the debt collector letters, as already advised. There's a sticky thread showing you the letters to ignore:

Look under any PPC which is listed as using the same debt collector and look at the usual chain of rubbish shown. Only take seriously a real small claim or 'Letter before Action' (not any rubbish from the debt collector).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Have you had any reply from the management company?

I don't recall even seeing your post on PePiPoo.

Their begging letters can be very persistent and are aimed at breaking your will so you end give in first and pay up, continue to ignore them.

I've clarified on PePiPoo what it is you are needing. Hopefully you'll get some help.
