This is one of the Harewood Associates developments. On 19/07/2016 Companies House issued 2 month notice of striking off register and being dissolved.

You can find this information easily on Companies House website, company registration no 08755713. Peter Kiely is listed as Director.

I have found 44 companies with Peter Kiely as Director on Companies House website - 10 of which have already been dissolved.

Update: On checking Companies House website to see situation re dissolved company the compulsory strike off notice has now been replaced by a voluntary strike off application submitted by Peter Kiely later. Still not finding evidence online of property sales which is weird given that there were meant to be 13 (according to their brochure)

I had a lump sum invested with Harewood and the project I invested in over-ran significantly. In the end, and after a rather stressful negotiation, I managed to get my money out, having not made a penny on it. I would take their target dates with a pinch of salt - my experience suggested that they had very little idea how long the project would take, and therefore what % return could be expected. And I found it impossible to speak with Peter, who I think is the owner at any stage after I started to express concern. He just wouldn't engage with me at all. So I would recommend caution before putting money in to one of these SPVs. I'm sure others have had better experiences, but my experience was poor. Which suggested that they are at inconsistent.
