bt sport

received a call from bt with an offer of bt sport for free. i said yes. I have a discount pacage of bt which i will loose.(did not know this at time) i rang up bt and cancelled bt sport. my contract is up for renewal when i rang up they said i had taken out one year contract.told them i had canclled bt sport they said they would look into it. is ther anything i can do:mad:

    There is no cooling off period on contract extensions. Only on new contracts.
    Which is why you should never accept any offer based on a cold call. Go away and do your research first, then call them back.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
