It's not Gladstones, but it is a genuine solicitors firm.
And no, it doesn't state "Letter Before Action", just that I've got 14 days to pay before the parking company may issue legal proceedings. Is that sufficient wording to constitute a LBA, or do they need to explicitly use those words?0 -
So is it pointless going the appeals/POPLA route now (nearly a year after the 'offence')? Should I sit tight and wait for potential court papers or try and get a proactive defence in now (in the way of contesting to the PPC)?0
