Ok so this is a real long story but here goes, I phoned and canceled my contract with orange last month so gave them the 30days notice needed.

Today I have been billed for the phone yet again and so I called up and they said "we can see on your account that you did cancel last month but we are not sure why you have been billed again, we will give you a call back and let you know what's happened but can't guarantee that you won't still have this bill".

I'm currently waiting for the call back and just wondering what I should tell them if they continue to pursue me for the bill.
