You can call them and give your BACS details if you prefer to be paid that way. That is a much safer way of being paid as the cheque can go astray.

i also had a letter from fos saying they had upheld my claim with Lloyds. we contacted Lloyds last sept regarding two cc. we still have not had a final response from one and the other the fos upheld it. our 12 weeks is up next week and when we phoned Lloyds last week they said that as we had gone to the fos they would take longer than 12 weeks to calculate our figure!!
fos have said they cannot do anything till the 12 weeks are up. Lloyds are taking the mick!!
grrrr they get me so angry!
