ikea family mobile have they gone bust?

My Ikea family mobile account has been blocked
It has plenty of credit
tried to contact their customer services but the phones are dead and emails get bounced back
Has the mobile provider gone bust?:(

I've not heard about it if they have gone bust but have you tried asking Ikea themselves ?

just thinking about it ..when was the last time you used it ?
The sim may have gone dead due to lack of use if it's over 6 months since you last used it

Family mobile customer service is being taken in house thats why the phones don't work
I've been given the new numbers 0843 5235566 or 4532 from the mobile
