    round here the price depnds on the size of your property.

    I rang round a few places.. from the EPC list - and the prices ranged from 50 - 80 (EA was charging 100!)

    got one in the end for £60, thanks all. Had it done today and should have the epc by tomorrow.

    Just had EPC and floor plan done today (for free) by CSCO surveyor. Just wondering how long it takes for the EPC to appear on the epcregister.com website?
